ServiceNow Architect - OT & Claroty

This is a remote position.

Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Solution Architect with a strong focus on ServiceNow Operational Technology.

The project environment is within production and shopfloor operations, with a clear IT/OT interface and increased requirements around security, monitoring and data modelling.

Fully remote, Daily Rate available.

Responsibilities

• Technical architecture and solution design within the ServiceNow platform in an OT environment
  

• Implementation and further development of the ServiceNow OT module
  

• Implementation and optimisation of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM), including the OT data model
  

• Technical integration of OT systems and monitoring solutions into ServiceNow
  

• Integration of Claroty CTD with the ServiceNow OT module via appropriate interfaces
  

• Technical configuration and enhancement of the following capabilities:
  

  • OT Visibility
    

  • OT Asset Management
    

  • OT Service Management
    

• Advisory support to production and shopfloor stakeholders
  

• Ensuring IT/OT security and monitoring integration
  

• Consideration and application of the ISA-95 equipment model
  

Requirements

Technical requirements

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification, mandatory
  

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow CSDM including the OT data model
  

• In-depth technical experience with the ServiceNow OT module
  

• Very strong knowledge of:
  

  • OT Visibility feature
    

  • OT Asset Management feature
    

  • OT Service Management feature
    

• Experience with IT/OT security and monitoring tools, particularly Claroty CTD
  

• Proven experience integrating Claroty with ServiceNow at a technical level
  

• Solid knowledge of the ISA-95 equipment model
  

• Several years of project experience within production, shopfloor or manufacturing environments
