Experience implementing Oracle Cloud ERP Finance (R2R and P2P) in large organizations
Expertise configuring GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and Intercompany (IC) modules
Proficient in data migration using FBDI/ADFdi and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud)
Requirements:
Lead solution design and architecture, run requirement workshops, define COA and multi-entity/multi-currency structures, and align with Oracle standards
Configure and implement modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, IC) including setup of calendars, allocations, revaluations, translations, consolidations, and reporting
Lead data migration and integration using FBDI/ADFdi and REST/SOAP APIs with Oracle Integration Cloud
Oversee testing (SIT/UAT), deployments across environments, production support, and stakeholder/team management

1. Solution Design & Architecture
Lead requirement gathering workshops with Finance stakeholders
Design end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
Define:
Chart of Accounts (COA)
Ledger & Legal Entity structure
Multi-org & multi-currency architecture
Provide best practice solutions aligned with Oracle standards
2. Module Implementation & Configuration

3. Subledger Accounting (SLA)

P&L, Balance Sheet

6. Testing & Deployment
Lead:
SIT & UAT cycles
Prepare test scripts and scenarios
Manage deployments across environments
7. Production Support & Enhancements
Handle post-go-live support
Troubleshoot finance issues
Optimize system performance
8. Stakeholder & Team Management
Act as Solution Lead / SME
Mentor junior consultants
Coordinate with technical teams (OIC, BIP, integrations)
