Requirements:

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of digital marketing programs across web and mobile platforms, including proofreading and deploying content to align with brand standards, UX principles, and responsiveness
  • Maintain and update the weekly content calendar; coordinate timelines, dependencies, and deliverables with internal teams and external partners; support routing schedules and content updates for advertising and editorial placements
  • Track and compile digital performance metrics across campaigns and platforms; generate reports and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making; assist with optimization initiatives to improve customer experience and engagement
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Creative, Content, Brand, Loyalty, Merchandising, and Operations) and liaise with external agencies and vendors to support campaign delivery, and contribute to improving workflows and marketing operations processes

Job description

The Marketing Coordinator, Digital Experience plays a critical role in supporting the execution and delivery of digital marketing initiatives across web and mobile platforms. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role partners closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns, content, and digital programs are executed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

What You’ll Do

Campaign & Content Execution

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of digital marketing programs across web and mobile platforms

  • Assist in proofing and deploying content, ensuring alignment with brand standards, UX principles, and responsiveness

  • Coordinate content updates across multiple digital properties

Project Coordination & Planning

  • Maintain and update the weekly content calendar, ensuring alignment across stakeholders

  • Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and deliverables with internal teams and external partners

  • Support routing schedules and content updates for advertising and editorial placements

Reporting & Optimization

  • Track and compile digital performance metrics across campaigns and platforms

  • Generate reports and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making

  • Assist with optimization initiatives to enhance customer experience and engagement

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with teams across Creative, Content, Brand, Loyalty, Merchandising, and Operations
