Securonix is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to lead our end-to-end regional marketing execution in APJ (ASEAN + ANZ). This role blends on-ground field execution, designed to drive brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support revenue growth in one of our fastest-growing international markets. We’re looking for a highly motivated, self-starting marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to hustle, and can independently drive initiatives forward. Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise tech is highly preferred. 
 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Plan and execute integrated field and digital marketing programs across APJ, including events, webinars, and demand generation campaigns  
  • Manage end-to-end execution of regional events (virtual and in-person), including logistics, budgets, and performance tracking  
  • Drive pipeline growth by aligning closely with sales, BDR, and channel teams to accelerate deal cycles  
  • Own and execute ABM and segment-based campaigns targeting strategic accounts in collaboration with global teams  
  • Localize and launch multi-channel digital campaigns (email, paid media, webinars) to generate qualified demand  
  • Own regional digital presence, including localized landing pages, social media, and gated content  
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign and funnel performance (MQL to SQL to pipeline), delivering actionable insights  
  • Leverage MDF and partner resources to develop and execute joint go-to-market initiatives  
  • Partner with product marketing to localize global messaging and tailor content for regional relevance  
  • Support sales enablement with targeted collateral, content, and messaging aligned to key personas  
  • Manage the regional marketing calendar, ensuring alignment across digital and field activities  
  • Collaborate with media/PR teams and external vendors to amplify campaigns and ensure high-quality execution 

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Self-starter with a “get-it-done” mindset — thrives in remote, independent work settings 
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo (or similar marketing automation), and event management tools 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across sales, product marketing, and global demand generation
  • Strong content sensibility and ability to adapt messaging for local relevance
  • Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills
