  • Holder of C1 driver's license and ability to travel regionally for client visits

Requirements:

  • Responsible for sales growth and key account management in the assigned region, focusing on pulp and papermaking chemicals to achieve market development and implementation
  • Develop regional sales plans and execution strategies; lead business negotiations, contract signing, and full lifecycle client maintenance with willingness to frequent travel
  • Maintain core customer relationships, collect and verify sales forecast data to ensure accuracy and support target achievement
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitor information, identify new markets and customers, drive new business development and coordinate project kickoff, negotiations, contracts, and on-site execution

纸浆及造纸化学品销售经理(山东)

- 岗位职责

1. 负责所辖区域销售业务拓展与客户关系维护,聚焦造纸、制浆化学品领域完成市场开发与业务落地

2. 制定区域销售计划与执行方案,主导商务谈判、合同签订及客户全周期维护,可适配高频出差

3. 维护核心客户关系,精准收集并核对销售预测数据,保障预测准确性

4. 依据销售规划高效达成业绩目标,负责产品销售、市场推广及品牌渗透

5. 收集市场动态、竞品信息与客户需求,挖掘新市场、新客户并完成开发转化

6. 跟进项目前期对接、销售谈判、合同获取、订单签约及落地执行全流程

7. 针对纸浆、造纸化学品项目开展需求调研,配合完成项目实施与落地

8. 定期收集、分析市场及竞争对手数据,为区域销售策略优化提供支撑
