Job Description

•    负责制定并统筹执行指定区域生物制药行业耗材类产品的市场策略与营销推广活动，推动团队消耗品业务的增长。
•    协同销售团队高效响应客户需求，精准解决客户在产品采购及应用过程中的各类问题，提供专业的技术与应用解决方案。
•    深度洞察客户需求与行业市场动态，挖掘潜在业务增长点，助力团队完成产品及解决方案的市场推广与销售目标。
•    构建并维护长期稳定的客户合作关系，持续提升客户满意度与品牌忠诚度，保障团队整体业务指标的达成。
 

Qualifications

•    生命科学、制药/生物制药、化学（或相关领域）本科或硕士学历。
•    具备至少3年以上市场推广、技术支持、销售支持相关工作经验，有耗材类产品营销经验者优先。
•    具备优秀的口头与书面沟通能力，以及良好的人际交往与演示能力。
•    勇于接受挑战，具备良好的团队合作精神。
