Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Conduct research by regularly meeting with leadership and management to identify the need for additional or replacement providers
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to ensure strategic and tactical recruitment plans meet business objectives
  • Develop and deliver customized sourcing plans with recruitment staff to attract and retain high-caliber candidates; source high-quality candidates through various tools and maintain active candidate communication
  • Screen applicants through CV review, phone interviews, emails, and video conferencing; conduct reference and background checks; communicate the recruitment plan, process, and progress with providers and management at AdventHealth campuses and AdventHealth Medical Group

Job Description:

Education:

•  High School Graduate or equivalent [Required]
• Bachelor's [Preferred]

Work Experience:
• 1+ experience as a provider recruiter for a health care system or a physician recruitment firm [Preferred]
• 2+ experience in health care [Required]

Pay Range:

$60,151.66 - $111,886.39
