Job Description:

• Conducts research by regularly meeting with leadership and management to identify the need for additional or replacement providers.
• Collaborates and consults with leadership teams to ensure strategic and tactical recruitment plans meet business objectives.
• Works with recruitment staff to develop and deliver customized sourcing plans to attract and retain high-caliber candidates.
• Sources high-quality candidates through various tools and maintains active candidate communication.
• Screens applicants through CV review, phone interviews, emails, and video conferencing, and conducts reference, and background checks.
• Communicates the recruitment plan, process, and progress of each search with providers and management at AdventHealth campuses and AdventHealth Medical Group.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Ability to quickly adapt to a changing strategy and multitask between several specialties and candidates. [Required]
• Follow up, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. [Required]
• Ability to work in a team-oriented group. [Required]
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Interpersonal skills necessary to work with a diverse group of individuals including foreign nationals, physician leaders, senior management, and candidate family members. [Preferred]
• Ability to rapidly organize and prioritize duties in a high-volume environment. [Preferred]


Education:

•  High School Graduate or equivalent [Required]
• Bachelor's [Preferred]

Work Experience:
• 1+ experience as a provider recruiter for a health care system or a physician recruitment firm [Preferred]
• 2+ experience in health care [Required]

Pay Range:

$60,151.66 - $111,886.39
