Your role and the team

We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of a dynamic cost controlling team and can support our operations and internal goals. Someone who gets things right, has guts and dares challenges! A flexible person with humor, who can look ahead, embraces efficiency and keeps a good overview.

Tasks:

• Support in monthly and quarterly reporting to local management and HQ
• Support in forecasting and budgeting process regarding operating expenses
• Improving the data quality of reporting
• Optimizing the reporting process
• Answering ad-hoc requests from the business and the management

You are

• Highly motivated and eager to learn
• Analytical, precise and logical in your thinking
• Proactive and able to take initiative

You have

• A strong interest in finance, supported by a study background in finance, economics, accounting, business administration or a similar field
• A good academic record in financial and quantitative subjects
• Good quantitative skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of accounting (is a plus)
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English

Our core activities are car financing (only in the Netherlands) and consumer credit (personal loans). Our head office is in Utrecht and our branch office is in Merelbeke (near Ghent) in Belgium. Our Benelux team consists of approximately 350 colleagues.
