Digital Designer (12 Month Contract)

We’re looking for a Digital Designer to join our team! In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Senior Creatives and be instrumental in bringing our campaigns to life across various digital and print channels.

This role is remote and can be based anywhere in Malaysia or the Philippines. It will begin as a contract position with the potential for ongoing employment after 12 months.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Collaborate with the creative team to translate art direction into stunning digital designs for campaigns across social media, web and email.

• Independently roll-out and shape creative to meet client and audience needs, and the provided brief.

• Identify opportunities to bring in emerging social and digital trends like motion, UGC and lo-fi content to enhance audience engagement.

• Flex your skills across print, working closely with copywriters and senior creatives to produce accurate, print-ready files.

What We Need You To Have:

• 3-5 years experience in design production in an agency environment.

• A portfolio that showcases your ability to think beyond the ordinary and craft effective, eye-catching campaigns.

• You are able to prioritise like a pro and consistently meet deadlines with quality work that stays within scope.

• You're passionate about creating exceptional creative deliverables – fast. You can seamlessly translate high-level concepts into stunning digital assets.

• You have a strong grasp of digital best practice and understand the importance of mobile-first design in today's digital landscape.

• You demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard design software, particularly Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro and Figma will be highly regarded.

• You have a genuine interest in the work of the not-for-profit sector and are excited to contribute your talents to a meaningful cause. 

This Role Won’t be a Good Fit If: 

• You don't work well under pressure; we have a lot going on - all the time! 

• You like to work at a slower pace;  fast turnaround as well as high quality is important.
