We need an English-fluent Sales Executive, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients in the B2B sector (tech companies, financial services, importers/exporters)
  • Target and engage C-level decision-makers (CFOs, Treasurers, Heads of Payments)
  • Present and demonstrate stablecoin payment solutions that enable faster, cheaper cross-border transactions
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline focused on corporate payout solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and consultative sales conversations
  • Understand client payment infrastructure needs and position Yellow Card's solutions accordingly
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with enterprise clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Stay informed on stablecoin, blockchain, and payment industry trends

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, payments, or financial services
  • Proven track record of new business acquisition and meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling to C-level executives (CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Directors)
  • Strong understanding of corporate payment processes and cross-border transactions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Consultative sales approach with ability to understand complex client needs
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently

ItΒ΄s a Plus:

  • Experience with stablecoins, cryptocurrency, or blockchain technology
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in payments
  • Existing network within corporate finance, treasury, or payments departments
  • Experience working with distributed/remote teams
  • Understanding of wallets, on-chain payments, and local payment rails
  • Familiarity with partners like Visa, Mastercard, Western Union, PayPal, or Santander
  • Experience selling to importers/exporters or remittance-heavy businesses

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,500 - $2,800 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
