We need an English-fluent Revit BIM/ AutoCAD Specialist., based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

Perform Revit and AutoCAD drafting to support the setup of MEP projects for engineering staff. This includes working from the architect’s base Revit model and CAD drawings as a starting point.
Provide drafting support for MEP trades between project setups to assist the engineering team.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a Revit BIM/ AutoCAD Specialist.
Expert knowledge of Revit and BIM coordination tools and AutoCAD.
Strong understanding of construction documentation and building systems
Experience with multi-discipline coordination
Communication, and problem-solving skills

Compensation:

The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,500 - $2,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
