F&SCM Solution Architect

The Role:

The F&SCM Sr. Solution Architect is responsible for designing, implementing and ensuring solution integrity for implementation projects involving Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain, coordinating consultant teams, and providing invaluable advice to customers regarding business system design and implementation. This role will play a large part in leading the customer training efforts and will contribute to the development of best practices and active participation in presales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Architecture:

• Develop and design end-to-end financial and supply chain management solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

• Design scalable, flexible, and secure architecture solutions that integrate with existing systems.

• Identify potential risks in supply chain operations and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Implementation & Deployment

• Lead the implementation of F&SCM solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems.

• Ensure smooth deployment of solutions by coordinating with project teams, managing timelines, and addressing technical challenges.

Technology Integrations:

• Oversee the integration of financial and supply chain management systems with other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM).

• Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated systems.

Project Management:

• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring successful delivery of solutions within scope.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Engage with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure solutions meet business needs and technical requirements.

• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to communicate solution designs and implementation plans.

• Embody Western Computers Gold Standard of Customer Experience expectations when interacting with stakeholders.

Strategic Thinking

• Use creative thinking, proactive judgment, and industry knowledge to advise and build role specific best practices.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance supply chain solutions.

Qualifications:

• 9+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics F&SCM

• Proven experience in designing and implementing F&SCM solutions with multiple successful implementations.

• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

• Dynamics F&SCM Development certification preferred.

• Dynamics F&SCM functional training and/or certifications a plus

• Excellent Verbal and Written Communications

• Exceptional Problem-solving skills

• Strong Project Management skills

• Ability to present to technical, non-technical and executive level individuals.
