What You Bring
⭐ 7–10+ years sales experience in patient monitoring and life support devices
⭐ Strong leadership background with proven team‑building success
⭐ Extensive knowledge of patient monitoring / life support solutions
⭐ Strategic mindset, outstanding communication & strong business acumen
⭐ Ability to work in Germany without the requirement of company sponsorship
⭐ Inspirational people management experience
⭐ Fluent German + professional English
⭐ Willing to travel 60–80% across Germany
