SAP Transportation Management Consultant

We are currently looking for an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant to support an S/4HANA implementation for a leading Aerospace & Defense client. This role requires strong functional expertise in transportation planning, freight management, and integration with SAP logistics systems.

Note:
This position is based in the United States, offers a 100% remote work option, and is open to eligible U.S.-based candidates only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct requirement gathering with business process owners
• Facilitate Business-Driven Configuration Assessment workshops
• Prepare and deliver system demos and workshop presentations
• Configure and implement SAP TM in S/4HANA
• Develop process flows, functional specifications, and documentation
• Manage key decision documentation and change management
• Support test planning for standard and custom objects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integrations

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management
• Hands-on experience with Freight Units & Freight Orders
• Experience with Advanced Transportation Management
• Integration experience with EWM, GTS, and Dangerous Goods
• Experience integrating with carrier systems and 3PL warehouses
• Experience with ShipERP for small parcel management
• Strong understanding of route determination and logistics execution
• Experience with functional specification documentation

Preferred Experience:

• Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry experience
• End-to-end SAP logistics integration experience
