Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Portfolio Analyst (License Entitlement Management) for a contract position located in Minneapolis, MN. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.
Pay range: $56.00 - $66.00 per hour
Description:
An operational role responsible for maintaining accurate license entitlement and contract records in ServiceNow SAM Pro, supporting renewals, planning, forecasting, and analytical review of software usage and spend.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate license entitlement and contract data in ServiceNow SAM Pro.
- Support maintenance renewals with sourcing and legal teams.
- Assist with license true-ups, reclamation, and de-scoping.
- Analyze license usage to identify cost savings or avoidance opportunities.
- Support planning and forecasting activities.
- Respond to ad hoc operational requests.
Requirements:
- 5 –7 years of relevant operational or analyst experience.
- ServiceNow SAM Pro, Flexera, USU, or similar SAM tool experience.
- Software licensing and entitlement management experience.
- Ability to read and interpret EULAs.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excel proficiency; Power BI a plus.
- Comfortable presenting findings.
- Strong communication, collaboration, adaptability, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
