10-12 years of experience in technical program/project management (preferably in chemical manufacturing or operations technology)
Strong background in chemical manufacturing, shopfloor automation, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
Experience with Digital Twin and machine health analytics (e.g., vibration analysis)
