This role requires strong technical expertise in EHS systems, operational support, and strategic communications. The successful candidate will serve as a subject‑matter expert for Enablon modules and configurations, providing technical troubleshooting and end‑user support across the organization. In addition, this position leads the development and delivery of internal EHS communication strategies, including creating newsletters, intranet content, presentations, and executive messaging, while managing communication channels such as email and SharePoint.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the subject‑matter expert for Enablon modules, configurations, translations, and Nabsic report engines.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and provide end‑user support across the organization.

  • Support and enhance EHS SMART modules; recommend solutions and implement improvements.

  • Develop training materials, job aids, and content for Enablon and broader EHS programs.

  • Assist in developing and delivering safety training (virtual and in‑person).

  • Create and execute internal EHS communication strategies to support program rollouts and change management.

  • Draft and edit communications including newsletters, intranet updates, talking points, executive messages, and presentations.

  • Manage communication channels such as email, SharePoint, and intranet platforms.

  • Partner with leadership, BU POCs, and the EH&S Steering Team to align messaging and support strategic initiatives.

  • Track and analyze training effectiveness and user engagement metrics.

  • Work independently and manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience,
    OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience.

  • Advanced knowledge of Enablon, including module configuration, system administration, and Nabsic report engine.

  • Minimum one year of experience with Power BI tools, dashboards, and data formats.

  • Minimum 2 years working knowledge of relational databases such as SQL, Postgres SQL and how system data interacts.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Angular front-end modules using TypeScript, and Rx JS.

  • Experience troubleshooting complex system issues related to Enablon and supporting a diverse end‑user population.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Knowledge of custom RTX modules and company‑specific Enablon configurations.

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, automation).

  • Ability to create clear documentation, instructions, and end‑user guides.

  • Experience developing communication plans for programs, policy rollouts, or organizational changes.

  • Experience managing internal communication channels (SharePoint, intranet, digital platforms).

  • Experience with training effectiveness metrics, data analysis, or dashboard reporting.

  • Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management skills.

  • Strategic thinking and the ability to translate business needs into communication or system solutions.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and learning management systems (LMS).

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical content.

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive problem‑solving mindset.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence employees at all levels.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
