Requirements:

  • GoHighLevel CRM automation: configure and manage the existing GoHighLevel CRM environment, build/optimize 10–12 workflows, design pipelines/funnels/campaigns/triggers/lead routing, implement automations for lead nurturing, follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and customer communication; monitor performance and troubleshoot
  • AI Voice & Chat Agent Integration: deploy/manage AI agents (Assistable.ai primary, Vapi/Stammer), integrate into CRM workflows for lead qualification, customer support automation, scheduling use cases; configure conversational logic, prompts/flows, escalation paths; ensure data sync
  • Workflow integration across platforms: build integrations using Make.com (preferred) or n8n/Zapier; automate data flow across CRM, marketing tools, communication platforms, and AI systems; design scalable automation architecture
  • CRM ecosystem & sales automation: work with/adapt from Salesforce or HubSpot environments; manage lead lifecycle automation, segmentation, tagging, and reporting; support sales funnel optimization and marketing automation; collaborate with sales and operations

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled GoHighLevel CRM & AI Automation Specialist to support ongoing automation initiatives for an existing customer environment.

This role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing CRM workflows, integrating AI voice and chat agents, and building scalable automation solutions using platforms like Make.com (preferred), n8n, or Zapier.

Candidates with direct GoHighLevel experience are strongly preferred, while professionals with Salesforce or HubSpot backgrounds and strong automation expertise will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

1. GoHighLevel CRM Automation

  • Configure and manage the existing GoHighLevel CRM environment
  • Build, optimize, and maintain 10–12 automation workflows
  • Design and manage pipelines, funnels, campaigns, triggers, and lead routing
  • Implement automation for:
    • Lead nurturing
    • Follow-ups
    • Appointment scheduling
    • Customer communication
  • Monitor workflow performance and troubleshoot automation issues

2. AI Voice & Chat Agent Integration

  • Deploy and manage AI voice/chat agents using:
    • Assistable.ai (primary)
    • Vapi / Stammer
  • Integrate AI agents into CRM workflows for:
    • Lead qualification
    • Customer support automation
    • Scheduling use cases
  • Configure:
    • Conversational logic
    • Prompts and flows
    • Escalation paths
  • Ensure seamless data sync between AI systems and CRM

3. Workflow Integration & Automation Platforms

  • Build integrations using Make.com (preferred)
  • Alternatively use n8n or Zapier for workflow orchestration
  • Automate data flow across:
    • CRM systems
    • Marketing tools
    • Communication platforms
    • AI systems
  • Design scalable automation architecture to reduce manual effort

4. CRM Ecosystem & Sales Automation

  • Work with or adapt from Salesforce / HubSpot environments
  • Manage lead lifecycle automation, segmentation, tagging, and reporting
  • Support sales funnel optimization and marketing automation
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve conversion workflows

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel CRM (preferred)
  • Strong expertise in automation tools:
    • Make.com (preferred)
    • n8n / Zapier
  • Experience integrating or deploying AI Voice or Chat agents
  • Solid understanding of:
    • CRM workflows
    • Triggers & campaigns
    • Lead management processes
  • Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot CRM
  • Strong troubleshooting and optimization skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with APIs, webhooks, and low-code automation
  • Exposure to call center automation or conversational AI
  • Marketing funnel design & campaign automation
  • Workflow analytics and performance tracking
