  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting (phone, LinkedIn, email) and delivering software presentations, through to closing deals and nurturing client relationships for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Achieve agreed monthly direct sales revenue targets based on number of deals closed and cameras sold.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to deliver the best possible customer experience and maintain accurate CRM records.

Job Summary:

The Account Executive is responsible for growing and managing an allocated key account base within the tier 1 contractors, asset owners and developers. This role involves conducting thorough research to identify new leads, outreach, and providing exceptional customer support. The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and will collaborate with various departments to ensure the delivery of the best customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage an allocated base of key accounts within Tier 1 contractors, engaging at both head office and project level, as well as liaising with developers and clients.

  • Achieve agreed monthly direct sales revenue targets based on number of deals closed and cameras sold.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting (phone, LinkedIn, email) and delivering software presentations, through to closing deals and nurturing client relationships for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Ensure Evercam’s CRM system is consistently updated with all meetings, contacts, companies, deals, and notes.

  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to deliver the best possible customer experience.

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using construction lead generation platforms, LinkedIn, and other provided sources.

  • Manage inbound leads generated by the Marketing team.

  • Report on sales activity and progress during weekly sales meetings.

  • Attend relevant networking events and trade shows to represent Evercam.



Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at different levels.

  • Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.

  • Collaborative approach, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Comfortable working remotely and managing time independently.

  • Remote role with occasional travel required for site visits and meetings.

  • Regional travel may be required.
