Job description

AAA is hiring full-time, Seasonal, Travel Contact Center Sales Associates to join our dynamic Travel Call Center Team! Are you an ambitious, sales- driven individual who has a customer focus? Are you looking for a seasonal position to give you some extra money this summer? This position is for you! This position will run through the summer to early September.

Our Travel Sales Associates support member sales and service on multiple levels, by handling incoming calls and/or emails related to commodity travel products such as hotel, air and car reservations.

**This is a work from home position; however, candidates MUST live within one of the following states to be considered:

**Training Requirement: Training will begin on Monday, May 4, 2026. Training hours will be Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. for first 4 weeks. All training is paid!!

After training is completed, all work schedules will include ONE weekend day shift. FT Hours - 37.50 hours/week through end of August/early September. Opportunities to go Full-time!

What you would be doing as a Travel Sales Associate:

  • Serve members and clients on the telephone, email, and web chat by providing Air, Car, Rail & Hotel reservations.  A concentration on Diamond Elite and Preferred vendor products is required.

  • Book and council members on domestic hotels and cars.  

  • Operates and is familiar with applicable automated airline reservation and ticketing system. 

  • Provides best possible customer service and meet or exceed established production goals.

What we need from you:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • 1 year Retail Sales and/or Travel experience.

  • Work experience to include Invoicing.

  • Proficiency with computer software programs and internet access.

  • Proficiency with Geography.
