CPT-10846 Lead Generation & Vendor Outreach Virtual Assistant (Cold Calling | B2B Prospecting) – [Business Support VA/Junior Level] (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

We are a growing commercial cleaning company seeking a proactive and reliable Lead Generation & Vendor Outreach Virtual Assistant to support business development efforts.

This role focuses on B2B lead generation, outbound cold calling, and vendor onboarding outreach, specifically targeting property management companies across the United States.

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, skilled in research and prospecting, and capable of consistently identifying and engaging potential clients. This is a high-activity role with clear daily outreach targets and measurable performance expectations.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

  • Lead Generation & Research
    • Research and identify property management companies across the U.S.
    • Source leads using:
      • Google and online directories
      • LinkedIn and company websites
    • Identify key decision-makers (property managers, vendor coordinators)
    • Build and maintain an organized lead database with accurate contact details
    • Work from both self-sourced and provided lead lists
  • Outbound Calling & Vendor Outreach
    • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective companies
    • Introduce the business and inquire about vendor registration opportunities
    • Gather onboarding requirements and key contact information
    • Communicate clearly and professionally with decision-makers
  • Appointment Setting & Follow-Ups
    • Schedule calls or meetings between qualified prospects and the business owner
    • Perform consistent follow-ups to move opportunities forward
    • Maintain a structured outreach and follow-up cadence
  • Vendor Registration Support
    • Assist with completing vendor applications when required
    • Collect and organize onboarding requirements, links, and documentation
    • Track the status of vendor applications and approvals
  • Tracking & Reporting
    • Log call outcomes, lead status, and follow-ups in tracking tools
    • Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets or Excel
    • Provide regular updates on outreach activity and results

Daily Output Expectations

  • Contact approximately 20–50 companies per shift
  • Maintain consistent outreach and follow-up activity
  • Meet daily and weekly performance targets

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.


Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in:
    • Lead generation
    • Cold calling or outbound sales
    • Appointment setting or B2B outreach
  • Strong verbal English communication skills (Level A–C accent acceptable)
  • Confident and professional phone presence
  • Strong research and prospecting skills
  • Experience with CRM systems or lead tracking tools
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining high call volume

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients
  • Background in real estate, property management, or vendor outreach
  • Familiarity with vendor onboarding or supplier registration processes

Tools & Platforms

  • Calling System: Client-provided VoIP system

Work Schedule

  • Contracted Hours per Week: 20Hours
  • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
  • Daily Working Time: 1PM - 5PM CST

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

  • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
  • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
  • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
