We're hiring a full-cycle sales rep to own outbound pipeline from first touch to closed deal.
This is a hybrid role — you'll be sourcing your own leads and receiving inbound pipeline from the CEO. OneAway generates booked meetings on autopilot through a YouTube channel, LinkedIn SEO, and a cold email outbound system. You'll be handling those calls. But don't mistake that for a soft role — you're also expected to generate your own pipeline and hit your outbound KPIs independently.
