RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS
- Facilitar cerimônias ágeis, como planejamento, reunião diária, revisão e retrospectiva;
- Gerenciar dependências e atuar na remoção de impedimentos do time;
- Apoiar o Product Owner na manutenção do roadmap e do backlog;
- Conduzir refinamento contínuo e levantamento de backlog;
- Mapear fluxos de trabalho e promover melhorias contínuas;
- Monitorar métricas e identificar oportunidades de eficiência;
- Configurar e gerenciar ferramentas de acompanhamento, como Jira e dashboards;
- Conduzir treinamentos e apoiar a adoção de práticas ágeis;
- Alinhar iniciativas com lideranças e stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Experiência com Scrum e Kanban, incluindo facilitação de Planning, Daily, Review e Retrospectiva;
- Experiência em gestão de dependências, remoção de impedimentos e facilitação de discovery;
- Conhecimento em gestão de backlog, incluindo levantamento, refinamento, escrita, fatiamento e priorização de histórias;
- Conhecimento em apoio ao Product Owner e manutenção de roadmap;
- Conhecimento em práticas como Product Backlog Building, Behavior Driven Development, Objectives and Key Results e Flight Levels;
- Conhecimento em métricas ágeis, como lead time, cycle time, throughput, velocity, eficiência de fluxo e aging, incluindo análise de gráficos;
- Conhecimento em ferramentas como Jira, SharePoint, Power BI, Confluence, Miro e Teams;
- Conhecimento em melhoria contínua orientada a dados e uso de Inteligência Artificial no contexto de trabalho.
