Requirements:

Plan, organize, and run ceremonies and operational routines (dailies, checkpoints, tactical alignments, and follow-up rituals) ensuring project governance
Monitor progress of deliveries, manage risks, dependencies, and artifact availability; ensure schedule control, predictability, and milestone visibility; proactively remove impediments and serve as the liaison between the technical team and the client
Consolidate information for status reports, KPIs, and project documentation; monitor adherence to project premises (access, artifact freeze, client validations)
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to align expectations and keep the Discovery project on schedule; operate strongly at the operational layer with a focus on meeting deadlines and reporting to the Delivery Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

• Planejar, organizar e conduzir cerimônias e rotinas operacionais (dailies, checkpoints, alinhamentos táticos e rituais de acompanhamento).

• Acompanhar o andamento das entregas, gerenciando riscos, dependências e a disponibilidade dos artefatos do projeto.

• Garantir controle de cronograma, previsibilidade e visibilidade das atividades e marcos do projeto.

• Atuar de forma proativa na identificação e remoção de impedimentos, sendo o elo entre time técnico e cliente.

• Consolidar informações para status report, indicadores de performance e documentação do projeto.

• Acompanhar e garantir o cumprimento das premissas do projeto (acessos, congelamento de artefatos, validações do cliente).

• Comunicar-se com stakeholders internos e externos, alinhando expectativas para manter o projeto (Discovery) dentro do prazo.

• Atuar fortemente na camada operacional, com foco em cumprimento de prazos e cronograma, reportando-se diretamente ao Delivery Manager.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Conhecimentos avançados em Microsoft Project.

• Conhecimentos avançados em Jira.

• Experiência comprovada em gestão híbrida de projetos, combinando Agile e modelo tradicional (PMP).

• Vivência em gestão operacional de projetos críticos, com alto nível de pressão e foco em resultados.
