Product Owner (Slots / Crash Games)

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the development of slot and crash games from concept to launch.
This role is focused on full product ownership - from idea validation and game design direction to delivery and performance in production.

You will work closely with game designers, math designers, developers, and stakeholders to create engaging, high-performing gambling titles with strong retention and monetization metrics.

This is a part-time role with the potential to transition to full-time based on workload and results.

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in gambling or iGaming

• Proven experience shipping slot and/or crash games

• Portfolio of released, high-performing titles

• Strong understanding of slot/crash game mechanics and player behavior

• Solid knowledge of game mathematics (RTP, RNG, volatility, balancing, probability)

• Experience managing development from concept to production

• Strong planning, prioritization, and ownership mindset

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  

Nice to have:

• Experience developing games for Stake.com or similar platforms

• Hands-on collaboration with math/analytics teams

• Experience with live-ops and post-launch optimization

• Data-driven approach to decision-making

What the role is about:

• Own the product lifecycle from idea and concept through development and release

• Define game vision, features, and roadmap for slot and crash titles

• Translate product goals into clear requirements, specs, and priorities for the team

• Work closely with math designers on RTP, RNG, volatility, and core mechanics

• Ensure strong gameplay loops, retention, and monetization performance

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, art, dev, analytics)

• Monitor performance after release and iterate based on data and KPIs

• Balance business goals with player experience
