Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Middle CRM Specialist.

We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Purpose of the role:

You will be responsible for building long-term customer relationships through marketing automation, advanced segmentation, and personalized communication strategies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Strategy Execution: Implement and manage campaigns to optimise customer engagement

  • CRM & Automation: Full-cycle management of automated workflows and triggers within Customer.io

  • Lifecycle Management: Tailor retention efforts to various customer segments to maximize Lifetime Value (LTV)

  • Multi-channel Outreach: Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns (Email, SMS, Push) to reactivate dormant users and maintain active engagement

  • Data Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (Churn rates, LTV, Retention Rate) and provide actionable insights for optimization

  • Targeting: Utilize data analytics tools to monitor user behavior and ensure personalized messaging aligns with user preferences

Required Experience:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in customer-facing or analytical roles

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Customer.io (setting up complex segments and automated flows) is mandatory

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to work with data, spot trends, and make decisions based on performance metrics

  • Communication: Excellent teamwork abilities and a proactive, responsible approach

  • English Proficiency: B2 level or higher (essential for working with technical interfaces and global strategies)
