You will join a long-term project in the insurance domain, focused on improving data-driven decision-making and optimising internal business processes. The team is developing modern analytics solutions and automating workflows across the organisation using Microsoft technologies.

This is you

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI

• Analyse business data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders

• Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate

• Manage and optimise data stored in MS SQL Server

• Leverage Copilot Agents and AI tools to enhance productivity and reporting

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs

This is your role

• Hands-on experience with Power BI (data modelling, dashboards, DAX)

• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate

• Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server and SQL querying

• Experience working with data analytics and reporting

• Understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into technical solutions

• Good communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders

• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Copilot) is a plus
