Requirements:

  • Lead or contribute to the design and deployment of standardized Supply Chain processes, KPIs, and operating models, and assess benchmarks across plants and value streams
  • Review plant/value stream performance regularly, drive targeted improvement actions, ensure master data quality and alignment with corporate standards
  • Lead or support the implementation of new Supply Chain tools, dashboards, and reporting standards; oversee tool configuration and change management
  • Collaborate with Corporate and other Business Units to exchange best practices, translate corporate policies into actionable steps for local teams, and develop governance routines, training materials, playbooks, and competency assessments

Your main tasks

Supply Chain Excellence & Standardization

 

  • Assess and benchmark Supply Chain best practices across plants and value streams
  • Support the creation of Supply Chain strategy for the Business Unit and Sub‑Verticals
  • Lead or contribute to the design and deployment of standardized processes, KPIs, and operating models
  • Review plant/SV performance regularly and drive targeted improvement actions
  • Ensure strong master data quality and consistency
  • Run continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, responsiveness, resilience, and service levels
  • Align ways of working with corporate standards while considering local needs

 

Digital Enablement & Tools

 

  • Lead or support the implementation of new Supply Chain tools, dashboards, and reporting standards
  • Oversee tool configuration and change management to maintain process and data standardization
  • Identify system and process gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement

 

Corporate & Cross‑BU Collaboration

 

  • Exchange best practices with Corporate and other Business Units
  • Translate corporate policies and initiatives into actionable steps for local Supply Chain teams
  • Provide structured feedback to Corporate to influence future strategies and tool development

 

Governance & Capability Building

 

  • Establish communities of practice and governance routines for knowledge sharing
  • Develop and maintain training materials, playbooks, and maturity assessment tools (e.g. TEOA)
  • Stay informed on new Supply Chain solutions and evaluate their relevance for the BU

 

Key Outcomes

 

  • Unified and consistent Supply Chain standards across the Business Unit
  • Higher maturity and capability levels across Supply Chain teams and Sub‑Verticals

Your ideal background

  • Fluent in English
  • 5+ years in Supply Chain in an international company
  • Good understanding of planning and forecasting processes
  • Ability to collaborate between Supply Chain, Customer Care and Procurement functions
  • Strong analytical and data skills
  • Good project management and ability to handle many tasks at once
  • Self‑driven, resilient, action‑oriented
  • Clear communication and presentation skills
  • Strong skills in SAP (ECC/MM) and Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel
