Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Power BI (DAX) with strong analytical skills
  • Experience building scalable data pipelines on AWS and deploying in staging/production environments
  • Data modeling experience in PostgreSQL with focus on performance and maintainability
  • Familiarity with Power BI governance (Row-Level Security and versioning) and semantic modeling

Requirements:

  • Evolve data models in PostgreSQL and implement analytic layers with emphasis on performance and maintainability
  • Design and optimize ETL pipelines with observability and robust error handling for critical data flows
  • Develop strategic Power BI semantic models, implement DAX logic, and ensure governance (RLS and versioning)
  • Maintain and evolve AWS-based infrastructure/workers, enabling deployments in staging and production, and participate in code reviews and technical roadmap decisions with leadership

Aqui, você terá autonomia para evoluir modelos de dados, otimizar processos de ETL e garantir que nossa camada analítica seja referência em performance e segurança:

  • Engenharia & Modelagem: Evoluir modelos de dados no PostgreSQL e implementar camadas analíticas com foco em performance e manutenibilidade;
  • Pipelines de ETL: Otimizar módulos de ingestão e transformação, garantindo a observabilidade e o tratamento de erros em fluxos críticos;
  • Power BI Estratégico: Criar modelos semânticos complexos, implementar lógicas em DAX e garantir a governança (RLS e versionamento);
  • Infraestrutura Cloud: Manter e evoluir workers na AWS, contribuindo com deploys em ambientes de staging e produção;
  • Cultura de Time: Participar de Code Reviews e decisões de roadmap técnico junto à liderança.
