We are looking for a highly skilled Senior User Acquisition Manager to own and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Korea, Japan, and broader APAC markets. In this role, you will drive measurable user growth, manage multi-million-dollar budgets, and partner with a cross-functional team spanning Creative, Product, Data, and Sales. You will play a strategic role in scaling our user base while shaping our approach to performance marketing across key Asian markets.
 
Responsibilities:
• Plan, manage, and optimize UA campaigns across major platforms including local platforms.
• Analyze performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven optimization recommendations.
• Report campaign results and insights to internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Creative to develop and test high-performing assets.
• Manage relationships with ad networks, DSPs, and platform partners; identify new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Data, Creative, and Sales teams.
• Stay up to date on mobile UA trends, privacy changes, and new platform opportunities in APAC.
 
Requirements:
• 3–4+ years of hands-on mobile UA or performance marketing experience.
• Proven success managing multi-platform campaigns and large budgets.
• Bilingual in English + Korean or Japanese (both written and spoken).
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.).
• Experience with SDK networks, DSPs/SSPs, and major UA platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
