  • Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, and phone) and present the value proposition.
  • Qualify leads, discard invalid prospects, and identify opportunities.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare briefings, and maintain the CRM with weekly reports.

🚀 Sales Development Representative (B2B)
Objetivo del puesto:
• Generar oportunidades comerciales reales: prospectar, contactar, cualificar y agendar reuniones de alto valor para el CEO.
¿Qué harás?
• Prospectar y construir listados B2B con decisores clave.
• Realizar outreach multicanal (email, LinkedIn y teléfono).
• Presentar la propuesta de valor y generar interés real.
• Cualificar leads, descartar no válidos y detectar oportunidades.
• Agendar y coordinar reuniones, preparar briefings y dar seguimiento.
• Gestionar CRM de forma impecable y entregar reportes semanales.
Perfil ideal:
• 4+ años de experiencia como SDR / B2B.
• Excelente comunicación telefónica.
• Perfil muy organizado, constante y resiliente.
• Español impecable.
• Manejo de Apollo u otras herramientas de prospección.
• Conocimiento del mercado español (muy valorado).
Horario:
• Lunes a viernes, desde las 9:00 h (España). 4:00h (Argentina)
Modalidad: Remoto
