About This Role
We’re looking for someone who knows that good outbound is more than sending messages - it’s about starting the right conversations with the right people. As an Outbound Marketing Manager, you’ll take the lead on how we approach, engage, and convert our audience across different markets. You’ll shape campaigns, test ideas, and turn outreach into something that consistently drives interest and pipeline.
You’ll work closely with the Outbound Marketing Lead and the sales team, making sure everything we launch on outbound translates into real conversations and real opportunities.
What You'll Do Build outbound that gets replies
Create and manage multi-step email and LinkedIn outreach sequences
Develop messaging tailored to ICPs and different funnel stages
Test, optimise and scale outbound flows
Build and execute account-based marketing campaigns
Turn outreach into real conversations
Generate and qualify outbound leads
Handle replies and keep the momentum going (yes, acting as an SDR when needed)
Work closely with the sales team to convert interest into opportunities
Own your data
Work inside CRM - manage and maintain outbound data
Track outreach performance and pipeline contribution
Segment audiences and build targeted lead lists
Ensure clean, structured, and actionable data
Create messaging that fits markets
Create messaging and concepts for ads
Work with the design team to produce campaign creatives
Develop high-converting copy for emails, LinkedIn, and landing pages
Align messaging across outbound and paid channels
Make performance visible
Monitor campaign performance
Run A/B tests on messaging, targeting, and formats
Turn insights & ideas into better campaigns
Show how outbound contributes to the pipeline and growth
