Experience in scheduling, workforce management, or staffing coordination
Proficiency with scheduling systems and online portals (e.g., Entire HR, Shift Match) and timesheets
Excellent communication and customer service skills to coordinate with clients and staff
Ability to work after-hours and adapt to scheduling changes with attention to compliance
Requirements:
Receive, process, and allocate shift requests from clients and staff via calls, emails, and online portals, ensuring coverage based on availability, qualifications, and client needs; amend shift details promptly and maintain up-to-date scheduling information
Maintain accurate scheduling data by updating staff availability and restrictions, and keeping logs of calls, complaints, feedback, and staff restrictions
Collaborate with the scheduling team to meet shift fill and response-rate benchmarks in line with organizational policies, and perform weekly/monthly compliance checks
Provide end-user support for scheduling tools and after-hours scheduling as required, assisting staff and clients with issues in the app, online portal, or timesheets

• Assist with documentation and compliance checks to ensure all staff meet role requirements on a weekly and monthly basis
• Provide support to staff and clients experiencing issues with the App, online portal, timesheets, or other scheduling tools
• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the scheduling systems to support staff allocations and provide after-hours scheduling support as required
