  • Identify process gaps and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement improvements.

  • Standardise the transition of new R&D technologies from prototype, through pilot, to full business adoption.

  • Define effective measurement standards and reporting formats, selecting metrics aligned to organisational objectives.

  • Ensure data collection processes produce reliable insights and provide guidance on interpreting measurement outputs.

  • Represent R&D‑driven changes at governance forums—such as Change Advisory Boards—to ensure alignment with operational readiness and risk mitigation.

  • Support regulatory and quality compliance when changes affect validated systems or controlled processes.

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments, quantify business impacts, and partner with SMEs to address specialised risk areas.
