Job Summary
The Implementation Experience Specialist is responsible for driving successful implementation and usage of AI technologies within the field support organization. This role collaborates cross-functionally to identify opportunities, train & deploy AI solutions to ensure tools deliver measurable business value and impact to the patient and field experience. The ideal candidate is equal parts problem solver, trainer and workflow designer with strong communication skills and a passion for translating emerging technologies into practical, everyday use.
Core Competencies & Responsibilities:
AI Enablement & Implementation: Assess business processes to identify AI use cases and adoption opportunities.
Business Value Alignment, Outcome Driven & Stakeholder Engagement: Create business cases, return on investments and executive level presentations; Translate complex AI capabilities into clear business value.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with key departments – including Operations, IT, Product, Learning & Development, Communications, and other teams – to ensure smooth implementation and stakeholder alignment.
Process Optimization: Develop and maintain use-case playbooks, SOPs and knowledge bases for AI-enabled processes.
Reporting & Insights: Track adoption metrics, usage patterns and impact on efficiency, accuracy and field experience; prepare regular updates for leadership.
Risk Management & Field Experience Focus: Anticipate potential implementation barriers, proactively develop mitigation plans and ensure resolution during implementation phases; inform management and leadership teams of any vendor, partner or customer issues or challenges.
Continuous Improvement: Identify improvement opportunities and escalate gaps or enhancement needs; collect feedback from end users to inform roadmap planning and future deployments.
Ethics & Values: Act with integrity and adhere to core values consistently.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in the business or healthcare industry is required.
3+ years of experience in operations, digital transformation or program management is required.
Certification in Lean, Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies is required.
Strong understanding of AI tools (e.g. generative AI platforms, copilots, RPA, workflow automation.)
Experience delivering training, onboarding or technology enablement.
Exposure to data privacy security and responsible AI principles.
Experience with project and change management tools (Monday.com, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet or similar.)
Proven success in managing multiple projects, change management and progress reporting is required for success in this role.
Ability to be self-directed to solve business issues in implementation, to make decisions about and prioritize own work.
Entrepreneurial with a strong bias towards action.
Ability to lead without authority, building credibility across the organization.
Communicates effectively and listens actively.
Passionate advocate for our field and patients and the user experience.
Base Salary: $75,000 annually (Actual pay may vary based on experience, performance, and qualifications.)
