The Sales Coordinator is responsible for prospecting new accounts, maintaining the existing client portfolio, sales forecasting, and achieving sales targets, directly impacting regional market growth and customer satisfaction.

This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager and is part of the Commercial Department and will be working remotely to cover the Northeast region of Brazil (from Pernambuco to Bahia), with a preference for candidates residing in Recife or Salvador.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Drive new account acquisition and expand market presence in the designated territory.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas.

  • Conduct regular sales forecasts and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

  • Collaborate with internal marketing and technical support teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, or Biology.

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably within the diagnostics or life sciences industry.

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel 60% of the time to client sites, 20% for strategic sales planning, and 20% for administrative tasks.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Intermediate English proficiency.

  • Prior experience selling diagnostic or laboratory equipment/reagents.

  • Deep knowledge of the healthcare market in the South region of Brazil.
