Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of Workday implementation experience in Contracts to Cash and Projects or Grants (or Master's with 3+ years).
  • Current holder of Workday Certifications in Contracts to Cash, Projects, and Grants Management.
  • Proven role in at least one full Workday Contracts to Cash, Projects or Grants implementation.
  • Experience executing projects within a structured methodology.

Requirements:

  • Lead Workday Contracts to Cash, Projects, and Grants implementations on assigned projects, including requirements gathering, design sessions, and configuration.
  • Deliver documentation, testing support, go-live and post-production (hypercare) support.
  • Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with project leadership to communicate challenges and improve project processes.
  • Contribute to an innovative, team-oriented culture and support constant process improvements.

What You Will Do:

  • As part of our Workday Practice, you’ll be part of an energized team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From initial assessments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver Workday Financial solutions equipping organizations with the information they need to make better business decisions.

  • You'll be a hands-on Contracts to Cash, Projects and Grants Lead on assigned projects helping to streamline client process and facilitate design sessions, capture client requirements, configure creative solutions, and mentor other junior consultants.

  • Your responsibilities include documentation, configuration, testing support, go-live support, post-production (hypercare) support, and participating in an innovative, teaming culture for the team to enable constant innovation.

  • You will have a strong ability to team with project leadership to communicate challenges, improvements to project processes, and demonstrate consultative skills.

 

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelors degree with a MINIMUM of FIVE (5) years of prior relevant experience implementing Workday in areas on Contracts to Cash AND Projects OR Grants; OR a Masters degree with a MINIMUM of THREE (3) years of prior relevant experience implementing Workday in areas on Contracts to Cash AND Projects OR Grants. Years of experience can be substituted for a formal degree, such as NO degree with a MINIMUM of NINE (9) years of prior relevant experience implementing Workday in areas on Contracts to Cash AND Projects OR Grants

  • A proven role in at least ONE (1) full Workday Contracts to Cash and Projects OR Grants implementation

  • Current holder of the one or more of the following Workday Certifications: Workday Contracts to Cash, Workday Projects, Workday Grants Management

  • Experience with the execution of projects within a structured methodology

  • Up to 50% non-local and local travel balanced with work from home and/or Guidehouse office

 

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills (RFP responses, white papers, etc.) and presentation skills such as Workday demonstrations and client presentations

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, focused on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

  • Implementations involving deploying within a state or local government is preferred.

  • Current holder of Workday Project Billing certification.

  • Experience in an ERP Software Sales cycle (RFx responses, orals presentations, etc.).

The annual salary range for this position is $102,000.00-$170,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
