Finance Operations Specialist

Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Operations Specialist to support our day-to-day financial processes. This role involves managing travel-related financial operations, supporting accounting activities, and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and validating trips
• Matching transactions to trips and splitting them when required
• Reviewing and validating completed trips
• Track and follow up on missing receipts with relevant stakeholders
• Approve purchase requests in line with company policies
• Organize and maintain financial documentation
• Assist with general administrative and finance-related tasks
• Support accounting activities such as item receipts and accruals
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure efficient and smooth financial processes

Requirements

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of finance or accounting principles
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fluent in English with strong spoken communication skills

• Immediate availability is required
• Working hours: Sunday–Thursday (Israel working hours)
• Full-time position
