  • Provide end-to-end technical support for Bridgewise products (APIs, widgets, applications) and lead client onboarding and implementation.
  • Build, configure, and customize client-specific solutions based on business and technical requirements; troubleshoot issues at configuration and code levels.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to address complex issues, fix customization-related bugs, and improve APIs/data models; ensure clients understand and correctly use Bridgewise APIs.
  • Create and maintain internal documentation, implementation guides, and best practices; ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and technical issues.

Company is looking for a Technical Support & Implementation Engineer to join our growing team.

In this role, you will not only support clients using Bridgewise’s financial data platforms, but also play an active part in client implementations and customizations. You will serve as a trusted technical partner, helping customers integrate our solutions, troubleshoot issues, and build tailored configurations to meet their specific needs.

This position combines technical support, implementation ownership, and hands-on customization work, requiring strong problem-solving skills and practical coding capabilities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, solving technical challenges, and building solutions, not just diagnosing them.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide end-to-end technical support for Bridgewise products, including APIs, widgets, and applications
  • Lead and support client onboarding and implementation processes
  • Build and configure client-specific customizations based on business and technical requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues at both the configuration and code levels
  • Investigate and fix customization-related bugs in client implementations
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to address complex issues and feature gaps
  • Support clients in understanding and correctly using Bridgewise APIs and data models
  • Ensure high-quality, timely resolution of client inquiries and technical issues
  • Contribute to internal documentation, implementation guides, and best practices


Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a technical support, solutions engineering, or implementation role
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with coding/scripting using JavaScript, HTML, and React
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with Python, APIs, and JSON
  • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and web technologies
  • Ability to debug issues across systems, including client-side and backend/API layers
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work directly with clients
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or data-driven platforms
  • Familiarity with financial markets or financial data
  • Experience working on client integrations or customization projects
  • Understanding of REST APIs, authentication methods such as JWT, and debugging tools such as Postman and browser developer tools
