A day in the life.

We are seeking a Business Process Leader to drive the deployment and adoption of AI-powered tools across our insurance brokerage operations. This role will focus on optimizing core processes (sales, servicing, underwriting support, and claims) by integrating AI solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of AI tools across brokerage workflows

  • Identify high-impact use cases (e.g., submissions intake, quoting, policy servicing, data extraction)

  • Redesign business processes to embed AI and automation at scale

  • Partner with IT, data, and vendor teams to ensure seamless integration with core systems (e.g., CRM, policy admin)

  • Drive change management, training, and user adoption across business teams

  • Establish KPIs to measure impact (productivity, turnaround time, accuracy, revenue uplift)

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, data privacy, and risk management standards

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in insurance brokerage, operations, or process transformation

  • Proven experience deploying AI/automation tools in business environments

  • Strong understanding of brokerage workflows and systems (CRM, AMS, underwriting processes)

  • Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions

  • Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership skills

Your Physical Demands & Work Environment requires:

  • Occasional travel may be required. Travel may consist of off-site venues, occasional overnight stays, and visits to other operating companies.

  • Work occurs during regular day hours as well as occasional extended hours and schedule flexibility necessary to complete tasks to meet needs.

  • Flexible location within reasonable proximity to an MMA office

The applicable base salary range for this role is $74,600 to $139,100.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
