Job description

Position Summary:

The Sales Associate supports revenue growth and partner engagement for the Featured Club Program by managing outreach to private club membership directors, maintaining an active sales pipeline, and supporting ongoing relationships with participating clubs. This role executes structured prospecting activity, delivers program presentations, and maintains consistent communication with both prospective and active club partners. You will work closely with internal teams to support campaign execution, renewal activity, and engagement initiatives that strengthen participation across the Golf Life Navigators club network. This position sits at the center of day-to-day Featured Club Program sales activity and serves as a key coordination point between prospective clubs, participating clubs, and internal program leadership.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage outreach to a defined list of prospective private clubs, executing structured contact activity with membership directors and club leadership
  • Present the value of the Featured Club Program through phone outreach, email engagement, and webinar presentations
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and weekly activity reporting, including outreach volume, conversion progress, and forecast updates
  • Support renewal activity through consistent communication with participating clubs and proactive engagement with existing subscribers
  • Execute recurring communication campaigns to both participating clubs and non-featured prospects to strengthen engagement and identify new opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and support forecasting visibility across the Featured Club pipeline
  • Partner with internal teams to support campaign alignment, messaging consistency, and ongoing program effectiveness
  • Utilize GLN marketing materials, CRM tools, and outreach resources to support consultative sales conversations and relationship development

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills across phone, email, and virtual presentations
  • Able to manage multiple prospects and relationships simultaneously within a structured sales process
  • Experience working in CRM platforms and maintaining pipeline tracking accuracy
  • Self-directed and comfortable working toward defined activity expectations and revenue goals

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working with private clubs, hospitality organizations, real estate networks, or membership-based business models
  • Experience presenting to membership directors or senior-level stakeholders
  • Familiarity with consultative sales approaches that support long-term partner relationships

Salary Range: 

$58,000 - $67,000 + commission 

Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location.   The offer rate represents one component of the total compensation package.  Additional compensation for this position may include annual bonus eligibility or other incentives based on the position.
