You will be a key partner to leadership, helping translate numbers into meaningful insights that support our mission.

What You’ll Do

• Lead month-end close activities and GL reconciliations
• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports
• Analyze trends and identify opportunities for improvement
• Partner with AP/AR and program leaders to ensure financial accuracy
• Support annual audits and compliance requirements
• Serve as a trusted advisor on financial performance and reporting

• Timely, accurate month-end close
• Clean audits and strong compliance
• Clear, actionable financial insights
• Strong cross-functional partnership

What You Bring

• 3+ years of accounting experience (nonprofit preferred)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience with reconciliations, audits, and financial analysis
• Advanced Excel skills
• A mindset focused on accuracy, accountability, and impact
