About the Team

Zoom’s Contact Center Solutions Engineers are the trusted technical advisors behind our rapidly expanding AI-first CX platform. We partner with sales teams to design, demonstrate, and deliver solutions that improve how our customers serve theirs.

As part of this team, you will drive customer success, influencing product direction, and showcasing the power of a unified UCaaS + CCaaS experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the pre-sales lifecycle, translating technical and business requirements into impactful solutions.
  • Showcase the art of the possible - build and deliver compelling demos that bring customer use cases to life.
  • Develop trusted relationships with customer executives, technical leaders, and stakeholders to ensure business outcomes are achieved.
  • Act as a customer-focused problem solver, connecting business objectives to innovative solutions with measurable value.
  • Partner with account teams to lead technical discovery, product workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to provide field insights that shape future innovation.

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing pre-sales or technical roles within CCaaS, UCaaS, or related CX technology domains (e.g., Conversational AI, Workforce Engagement, Quality Management).
  • Strong technical curiosity with the ability to simplify complex concepts and inspire customer confidence.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver impactful, story-driven demos that connect technology to real-world outcomes.
  • A collaborative mindset—someone who thrives in team-oriented, fast-moving environments.
  • Fluency in both French and English is required to effectively support our customers and partners across multilingual regions

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$140,000.00

Maximum:

$224,000.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
