We are looking for a highly skilled Recruitment Sourcer to focus on identifying and engaging top talent globally. This is a pure sourcing role, not a full-cycle recruiter position — your core responsibility will be to find, map, and attract the right candidates across a variety of roles.
You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines across both technical and non-technical roles, supporting hiring across the UK, UAE, US, and India.
Own end-to-end sourcing strategy for multiple open roles (10+ at a time)
Conduct detailed market mapping and talent research to identify target companies and candidate pools
Source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and advanced Boolean search techniques
Identify and engage passive candidates through personalized outreach
Partner with recruiters by providing pre-qualified candidate shortlists
Deliver global sourcing coverage across UK, UAE, US, and India markets
Track and manage sourcing activity and pipelines within the ATS (Ashby)
Share insights on talent availability, competitor hiring, and market trends
3–5 years of experience in sourcing / talent research (not full-cycle recruiting)
Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
Proven ability to manage 10+ roles simultaneously
Hands-on experience in market mapping and talent intelligence
Experience sourcing across UK, UAE, US, and India
Strong written communication skills for candidate outreach
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Experience using Ashby ATS
Experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments
Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools and sourcing analytics
Data-driven approach to sourcing performance
High-quality, relevant candidate pipelines across all assigned roles
Strong response and engagement rates from passive candidates
Consistent delivery of well-qualified candidate shortlists to recruiters
Clean and structured pipeline management within Ashby
Strong market insights that improve hiring decisions
