About the team
We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team as the primary driver of our "top-of-funnel" talent strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for the critical first stages of our hiring process, ensuring a high volume of sales and customer care applicants are reviewed, organized, and routed with precision to meet our evolving business needs. At Angi, we believe our people are our greatest product, so we are looking for a detail-oriented brand ambassador who can act as a steward of our culture from the very first touchpoint. You will be the engine that keeps our recruiting machine running, providing top-notch service to both our internal recruiting team and the thousands of candidates who aspire to join the Angi community.
As a member of our team, you will live our values by moving beyond gut feelings and building on the evidence to identify the best talent. You will learn iteratively, constantly refining your review process and re-engagement campaigns to ensure our talent database remains a competitive advantage.
