Roles & Responsibilities

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience in 360-degree sales cycles, preferably outbound B2B or in hospitality/restaurant environments
  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a customer- and sales-focused mindset; able to persuade and close deals (including in a single call)
  • Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus

Requirements:

  • Proactively contact and schedule meetings with restaurant owners/managers after selecting in-scope restaurants; conduct cold-calls and pre-organized virtual meetings to present TheFork products and services
  • Propose and sell TheFork products and services, including promotions, an advanced software tool, booking widgets on restaurant websites, and training/marketing solutions
  • Engage with restaurant managers to explain opportunities, features, and benefits of TheFork Manager tool and TheFork network
  • Follow up with prospects through to close, ensuring the restaurant is published online on TheFork and affiliate websites

What you will do:

  • After selecting in-scope restaurants, you will proactively contact and schedule meetings with the owners or managers of the restaurants. Your daily activities will be composed of cold-calls, and pre organized virtual meetings to present TheFork products and services.
  • You will be in charge of proposing and selling TheFork products and services, including: promotions, advanced software tool, booking widgets installed on the restaurant website, training & marketing solutions.
  • You will engage with the Restaurants managers to help them understand the opportunities, features and benefits of the TheFork Manager tool and TheFork network.
  • You will follow up with the prospects you engaged with until you close the deal and the restaurant is successfully published online on TheFork and affiliate websites.

Who you are:

You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications

  • You speak English fluently, additional languages are much appreciated.
  • You are self-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about achieving and exceeding targets.
  • You are customer- and sales-oriented with persuasive and influencing skills.
  • You are a high-performing professional with proven sales experience, comfortable closing deals in a single call.
  • You have 3-5 years experience in 360 sale cycle roles, preferably in outbound B2B or restaurants/hospitality environments
  • You are skilled in short-term negotiations.
