Job description

O SDR em vendas (Sales Development Representative, ou Representante de Desenvolvimento de Vendas) terá a responsabilidade de identificar e qualificar leads, estabelecer contatos, criar oportunidades de negócio e auxiliar os times comerciais. Além disso, atuará antes mesmo de as vendas começarem, com habilidades específicas, na chamada etapa pré-vendas.

  • Prospecção ativa 100% focada em Outbound de empresas e agências interessadas e com potencial para se tornarem clientes Buzzmonitor;
  • Compreensão das necessidades/dores de negócio do cliente;
  • Apresentação de plataforma para solucionar essas necessidades;
  • Mapeamento de necessidades e potenciais projetos.

REQUISITOS DESEJÁVEIS:

  • Técnica de vendas: Spin Selling;
  • Prospecção ABM;
  • Experiência no setor de Marketing Digital;
  • Experiência com Atendimento (SAC 4.0);
  • Experiência com tecnologia ou software Saas;
  • Experiência com ferramentas de captação de cliente e validação de email (Sales Engajement).
