Marketing & SEO Specialist (ZR-640)

Horizon Tech is seeking a results-driven Marketing & SEO Specialist to manage and optimize our online presence, drive organic traffic, and generate qualified leads for our printing and promotional products business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SEO, content marketing, and digital campaigns, with a strong understanding of e-commerce and service-based marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research relevant to printing, signage, and promotional products
  
• Optimize website pages, product descriptions, and landing pages for search engines
  
• Perform on-page and technical SEO improvements
  
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and performance using SEO tools
  
• Create and optimize content for website pages, blogs, and product categories
  
• Write SEO-friendly descriptions for products such as business cards, flyers, banners, and more
  
• Build and manage engaging blog content to drive organic visibility and establish brand authority
  
• Create and manage Facebook and Instagram content to grow our social media presence and audience engagement
  
• Develop content strategies to improve organic visibility and overall engagement
  
• Improve website structure, internal linking, and user experience
  
• Optimize landing pages for lead generation and conversions
  
• Collaborate with design and development teams for website improvements
  
• Plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and email marketing
  
• Track campaign performance and optimize for ROI
  
• Support promotions, offers, and seasonal campaigns
  
• Monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, and campaign performance
  
• Provide regular reports with actionable insights
  
• Use data to continuously improve marketing strategies and decision-making
  

Qualifications:

• 4–5 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
  
• Hands-on experience managing blogs and creating content for Facebook and Instagram
  
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs and SEMrush
  
• Familiarity with e-commerce or print industry marketing is a plus
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms
  
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing tools
  
• A great personality with a passion for marketing, content creation, and driving real results
  
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and excited about building brand exposure across multiple channels
