This is a fantastic opportunity for an Sales Representative to grow sales in Manchester/Birmingham area using Buckman’s unique technologies and customer relationship management programs. You will be able to work independently whilst will having support from your colleagues located across Europe.
Expectations for the role
Managing your accounts by focusing on positive operating profit
Drive horizontal market growth by expanding engagement and revenue within existing customer accounts
Establishing business opportunities at new accounts in your region
Ensuring the continuous supply of midterm project pipeline
Identifying and achieving sales targets and forecasts
Providing customers with required service and support to develop our position while delivering the budgeted profitability
Taking proactive approach in demonstrating and selling technical competence and identifying continuous improvement projects and showing clear ROI
Coach, train, and mentor the field representatives & technical representatives within your assigned key accounts
Running trials and making sure trials’ evaluation plans are done
Ensuring timely payment of invoices
Potential to lead a small team in the future as the sales grow
Minimum requirement to apply
Successful experience in Paper Technologies industry (2 Years as a minimum)/Engineering degree (Paper Chemistries or Chemical Engineering)
Fluent English skills
Willingness to learn and travel
High level of flexibility and resilience
