At least 1.5 years of experience in a Customer Support Engineer or similar role
Strong analytical skills to investigate and resolve support tickets
Ability to work with cutting-edge technology and rapidly assimilate information; experience in managing and monitoring systems to drive troubleshooting
Good knowledge of English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher)
Requirements:
Monitor SLA, manage priority tickets and deadlines, and organize the shift's workload to ensure timely resolutions
Monitor and escalate critical cases in Jira, Telegram, and internal Teams channels; assist with complex tasks and timely resolution of requests
Train the team on new processes and algorithms; support new team members' adaptation after onboarding
Track shift quality and performance; collaborate with the team to identify and fix issues, communicate with customers to share updates, and perform on-demand tasks from Management
